No, we design and build a website for you. 

We build your website with your pictures and text content.

  1. You choose a theme layout that you like from the Demo Themes
  2. Complete the Domain Registration Form
  3. Complete the Website Content form
  4. Upload your pictures and documents using the File Uploader

Once we receive your information, we will build your website.

Go to the Themes Page

Browse all the available themes by clicking on them to view a live demo.

You can choose one theme for your website.

Make a note of the number of the theme, such as Demo 01, Demo 03.

Go to the Website Content form. Select the Theme Number from the Drop Down Box

The Website Content form has different fields to complete. These are titled About Us, Services, etc. Each website has these pages.

You can view the Demo Themes to view all website pages and get a better idea of what each page should contain.

About Us is all about your practice, how long you have been operational, some history, mission, vision, etc.

Services are all the clinical services your practice provides.

It can be in a list or with headings and prices. Write on your special service and free service, paid service, etc.

The more information the better. Remember it will be patients viewing the practice website and they need to know prices and what you do.

The Website Content form is what we term your “Go To” form. It has structured fields to guide you and it is quicker.

You can compile what you need done and email us. Content can be forgotten, incomplete and you do not have a guideline and you have to attach images, etc. Some email providers limit the size of attachments.

When you need to do an update or edit content a quick mail will seem easier. The go to form has been designed to accept updates. Fill in only the required section that is to be updated and submit. You can send pictures or documents only with the File Uploader

An email can end up in spam folder and there is a delay.

Pictures add to the look and feel of your practice website.

You can send pictures of your staff, outside your practice, your examination rooms, etc.

Please use the File Uploader at the bottom of the Website Content Form.

You do not need to complete the content form, use the uploader only with your practice name so we  know the pictures belong to you.

Domain is a website name. www.mypracticename.co.za

We use .co.za extensions for your domain name as we are based in South Africa.

In order to have a website presence and be online you need a name. Same as you need a name for an email account. This is a Domain Name.

We register a name that you choose. It would ideally be your practice name but can be anything you identify your practice by, Doctor name, etc.

On the Domain Registration Form are details required to register the website name for you.

This must be done first before we begin building the site because we need a home for your site.

No, it is included in your monthly subscription

No, we edit your website for you when you require.

Use the Website Content form to send us what you need updated.

At the bottom of the form is the File Uploader. You can send us new or updated pictures to add to your website.

No, there is no extra charge to edit your website. It is included with your monthly subscription.

No, there is no limit and no extra charge.

Use the Website Content form and File Uploader when you want to edit or add to your website.

Your Appointment Calendar replaces your appointment book that you write in.

When a patient calls you to book an appointment you go to your website and inform them of the available time slots for the day requested. The appointment calendar will show you available times and dates.

Once the patient chooses a suitable available time slot you complete the booking form with the patients details and click submit.

An email confirmation is sent to the patient and an email is sent to you with all the details of the appointment.

You can log into your appointment calendar management system and view all bookings, phone calls done by you and from patients who have booked on your website directly.

You can reschedule, cancel any appointment in your management console.

The patient registration form can be used in different ways.

  1. A new patient in your waiting room completes the form on their smartphone and submits. You get an email and can add the details on your PMA
  2. Patient books appointment – request to complete the form so you can check for medical aid cover, benefit checks, etc
  3. Patient details need to be updated. Use the form to update details, add beneficiaries, medical aids, etc. Patient can submit to you well before a visit
  4. Doctor gets valuable information such as medications on and conditions, allergies, etc

Save costs on paper and strive to be paperless plus it is easier to find and trace electronic content. You do not need to back up digitally papers written.

Yes it can. A base level form has been developed which can be edited to suit your requirements.

WhatsApp business saves you on SMS and phone calls.

It is recommended to set up a WhatsApp business number and to use WhatsApp web on your PC or Tablet PC, iPad.

Advantages:

  1. Patients visiting your website click on the WhatsApp icon and chat to you directly without having to look for or save your number
  2. Files can be transferred quickly across both parties
  3. Through WhatsApp web you can send invoices, reminders, etc
  4. A quick message instead of a phone call can be done to the patient for various purposes
  5. You can save numbers of patients and group them as required to send a broadcast message or urgent notification instead of an SMS
  6. You can call a patient through WhatsApp using only data, which is cheaper than a phone call
  7. You can conduct a TeleHealth consultation by voice or video

No, it is not compulsory.

If you have social media accounts we will link up your website to them.

If you do not, we will put in a share function where patients can share your practice website on their own social media.

No, we do not set up or create any social media profiles.

We link up any social media profiles on your website should you have them.

Note: A Share function is put on your website where the patient can share your practice website on their own social media profiles.

Yes you can.

We have provided functionality as a value added service, which can be excluded as required.

For example: If you do not have Social Media Accounts.

We put in public health articles on your healthcare blog for you.

Each doctor is invited to write a healthcare article that can be published on their own practice website blog.

Your patients can view your website on their Smartphones.

Your website is fully responsive working on all devices, smartphone, tablet, iPhone, iPad, Laptop, Desktop PC

Your website can be accessed by typing in your domain name. www.mypracticename.co.za on any browser, Google Chrome, IE, Safari, etc on a PC or smartphone

Your Patients can do a search for your website and the results should show your practice website.

As time progresses and your website is more active search engines will update to include your website in specific searches.

The website allows comments by the general public. All comments are manually approved before being published, thus it will not show on the website automatically.

We put in a Google Map on your website under your Contact page.

As time progresses with more activity on your website, content added plus more visitors, Google will index your website to be included in searches.

Your Google map aids in this process as most searches use location based findings.

Hosting means a web server. This is where all your website files are stored and will display from.

Your domain name (website name) is the address to the server for your particular website.

Hosting provides an email facility. This means you can have your own custom email accounts such as info@mypractice.co.za, accounts@mypractice.co.za, etc

Hosting is provided as part of your monthly subscription.

The website uses the following security features:
  • Security certificate: https protocol provided by Lets Encrypt certificate authority
  • Firewall using WAF mode (security logs are monitored daily – firewall blocks hacking attempts)
  • Wordfence security plugin (industry standard WordPress security plugin with security & vulnerability scanner)
  • WP copy & protect – right click disabled – content cannot be downloaded or copy & pasted
  • Backup Guard – weekly backups of entire site taken – full site restoration capability
  • Complex password log in access to website backend – 24 bit encryption
  • Loginizer – prevents brute force attack on log in attempts by blocking the IP
  • ManageWP Worker – dashboard that monitors all websites hosted

All form inputs/entries is sent to your practice email address only ensuring privacy.
Entries are kept on your website which has a secure password, there is no access to unauthorized parties. On request by yourself a collated entries can be exported.

A membership plugin is installed on request to allow certain content to be blocked for members only.

Backend access to manage these members is by secure password provided to you. We do not save or download information.

Backups are encrypted and stored on your website server and can only be utilized by the backup plugin to restore as required.

No deposit or website design fee is required. It is all included in your subscription.

You get for your subscription:

  • A practice website designed on the theme chosen
  • co.za Domain name registration. www.mypracticename.co.za
  • Website hosting
  • Personalised emails: eg.  info@mypracticename.co.za
  • Free website content editing when required

One year (12 months)

Thereafter,  R100 a month maintenance fees.
